In keeping with Cardio-Go’s mandate to find convenient locations to help their members live active, healthy lives on the Go, Cardio-Go has found a home at the corner of Yonge and York Mills in the York Mills Centre. Different from other Cardio-Go operations, the York Mills operation specializes on the best classes and programmes possible. Expect to see incomparable Yoga classes of varying styles, Bootcamps, Zumba classes and Cardio KickBoxing sessions. Participants are encouraged to get memberships to allow unlimited access to all that we offer but can also opt for an easy class card that they can use when they feel like it! Whether you are new to fitness or a recreational athlete, you may want to take advantage of our complimentary Fitness Consultation Program involving in-depth, personalized assessments to ensure you’re following the correct strategy for your own individual needs and goals.
Do you live in the area but have limited time to get to a gym? With Cardio-Go’s Off-Site Personal Training and Group Training, our certified Personal Trainer’s can come right to your door and take you through a comprehensive workout in the comfort of your own home or condo gym. Minimal equipment required.
In addition to the studio, Cardio-Go also manages and supervises the property’s Tenant only gym. If you are lucky enough to work at the York Mills Centre, come and see us to help you get started! Assessments and workout introductions are complimentary and there is always a supervisor on site between the hours of 10am-7pm. Personal Training is also available if you need a little help or a little motivation!
