Lester FernandesPhysiotherapist

    biography

Lester Fernandes completed his Masters of Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. From there he went on to work with the aged care and geriatric population. Neurological, cardiac, respiratory, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal and mental health conditions were areas that Lester provided rehabilitation to improve the well being of elderly adults. From his experience in treating these various populations, Lester understands that the key to happy and healthy aging comes from the attention, care and effort one put into their health while they are young and healthy. He has a special interest in pre-rehabilitation where he helps clients avoid future injuries from developing by assessing and improving movement weakness. He works to strengthen the body from the deepest layer out to help rebuild and fortify one’s foundation to create a robust bodily structure that can withstand any challenges that life will throw.
