Meditation
Meditation is for the student who wants to separate the relaxation part of yoga and have a longer savasana. We will explore a variety of meditation postures, learn a little theory and dive in to six different techniques in order to make you feel more balanced; even when stress does confront you.

SPAerial Yoga
Taking your Yoga practice off the mat and into the air. Hanging silk hammocks support the weight of the body to assist you in achieving proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort. Experience weightless inversions that allow gentle traction of the spine and reverses the effects of gravity on the body. Come experience something different, open your mind and body.
Suitable for those with some yoga experience.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga is a vinyasa, flowing type of yoga that follows a set pattern meant to build strength, flexibility and improve co-ordination. Great once you have had a few classes under your belt.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle yoga is best suited for those who have injuries, stress or just feel the need to take it easy. This is a harmonizing class that will stretch you out and help to reduce mental clutter.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga focuses on stretching, meditation and breathing, offering opportunities to go deeper in your practice by mastering standing, balancing, seated and reclining postures. Alignment is key.

Restorative Yoga
A calming class designed to explore the breath, body and mind deeper. Best for those who need relaxation in their lives and are comfortable in meditation for a period of time; little or no experience necessary.

Vinyasa Yoga a fast paced class linking breath with movement. Good for
strength building, increased flexibility and stamina and an overall improvement of circulation. Recommended for those with some experience.

Yin Yoga
A slow moving practice that concentrates on releasing deeply into hips, spine and hamstrings. Great for people with injuries, pregnant women, high stress and athletes who need to restore their bodies and minds; little or no experience necessary.

Yoga Meditation
Yoga meditation is a slower paced yoga class, developed to calm your mind through the asanas (postures) and ending with a seated or reclining meditation. You will learn new meditation techniques in a variety of simple styles.

Yoga-Pilates
Yoga-Pilates is excellent for the time-starved student who wants both stability and mobility in the same class. Using a flow technique to link the poses together, this class uses some of the repetitive exercisesfrom Pilates to increase strength with yoga to increase flexibility.

PILATES and STRETCHING
Friday Stretch
Hand in hand with great workouts and great eating habits, stretching is just as important as pumping iron and raising your heart rate. Great for 9-5’ers at the desk and even better for those looking to improve their flexibility, this class will help you reach new limits, literally!

Pilates
Pilates is a series of mat-based exercises designed to strengthen the core. This mind-body practice is low impact and ideal for toning and sculpting through body-weight exercises. Not suitable for pregnant women. No experience necessary (but expect a challenge!).
