biography
Maxim has been passionate about fitness and athletics from an early age and his background includes Olympic Reserve Swimming, Canadian Armed Forces, World’s Toughest Mudder and film stunt work. A Boxing and Muay Thai practitioner, Maxim believes that “movement is medicine” and has a high regard for the human body. Having completed his Honors Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College, Maxim’s next goals are Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy.
Emphasizing form and function, Maxim creates effective and individualized fitness programs for his clients. Concentrating on mastering the basics first, Maxim will guide you towards more advanced exercises, ensuring safety and proper execution. An attentive trainer, Max will work with you to achieve your fitness goals and create lasting results.
