Jason KongFitness Specialist

    biography

Jason studied Fitness and Health Promotion at George brown College from 2016 – 2018 and became certified under the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

He loves coaching people, from resistance training and conditioning work to lifestyle habits such as sleep, daily movement and nutrition.  “They may seem simple in the grand scheme of things, but once you get the foundation down, it makes a world of a difference.”

He is very versatile in his training methods, but has a love for structural balance, body recomposition and strength training. Jason has worked with a wide variety of clients, from athletes and weekend warriors to individuals who have never played a sport or new to training.

He carries his clients through an in-depth assessment to ensure that nothing is missed as he believes “ what gets measured, gets managed.”  From there, Jason will discuss the game plan with the client finding how best they can reach their goal, whether their goal is 8 weeks away or 1 year away.
